"Breastaurants", eateries featuring scantily-clad waitresses, are one of the few booming ideas in an otherwise struggling restaurant industry.
"I'm a bit nervous but very excited. Let's just say it's a challenge," said Greg Burke said in a phone interview.
This summer, the trends in air travel point to even more costly fares and crowded planes.
