First-Time Homebuyer Seminars will be held from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. July 13 and 20, at Westbrook Community Services and Adult Education, Westbrook, and a second class will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on July 15, 18, 22 and 25, at Money Management International, South Portland. Pre-registration is required and the nonrefundable fee is $30 per person or $50 per couple.
