Eugenia Lebares, a lifelong member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and helped organize the popular event.
Ms. Armstrong had a passion for helping others recovering from alcoholism and addiction.
He is remembered for his community involvement and devotion to his family.
He also formerly co-owned what is now Espo’s Trattoria in Portland and the former Marshview Restaurant in Scarborough.
Mr. Hough died Saturday at age 54.
Co-workers and former patients remember a man who had a passion for helping others recover from addiction.
The lifelong Portland resident was also an ‘amazing’ father of six.
