When not at school, I work at Fiddlehead Art & Science Center, as a theater teacher and child caregiver. This has "dramatically" shaped my career path, as I will be attending the University of Maine at Orono, this coming fall, as a major in Theatre, with a focus in Theater Education and a minor in New Media Studies.

Next year I will be going to the University of New England, where I will enter a Medical Biology/Pre-Med program with aspiration to enter the doctorate program.

    JASMINE HARPER
Since I transferred to GNGHS in 10th grade, I have taken full advantage of the extracurricular activities the school has had to offer. I have participated as both an actress (winning a regional All-Cast Award) and a songwriter for the Patriot players, a District Festival member in chorus, a long-distance runner in Indoor and Outdoor track, as well as Cross-Country, and an active member of the National Honors Society. I am also extensively involved in community service, logging over 1,200 hours in high school. Next year I will be majoring in English and Spanish Secondary Education at the University of Southern Maine.

Most of importantly, however, I have been a member of the Patriot Players (the drama club) for four years and have acted in 13 productions.
