PORTLAND — American musical icon Glen Campbell will bring his "Goodbye Tour" to Portland's Merrill Auditorium on Oct. 16. Portland Ovations announced the show this morning.

Tickets will be available to Portland Ovations members next Tuesday and to the general public at noon July 20. They cost $45 to $65 for non-members.
Campbell, whose credits include "Wichita Lineman," "Galveston," "Southern Nights" and "Rhinestone Cowboy," has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. He released the CD "Ghost on the Canvas" to critical acclaim, and announced this as his final concert tour.
Tickets will be available through PortTix at the Merrill box office or by calling 842-0800.
