Vodka is poured into a funnel in an ice block at the Ice Bar at the Portland Harbor Hotel on Saturday, an event featuring three bars made of ice and ice sculptures in the hotel courtyard. The Ice Bar is part of the Portland Downtown District’s “Portland on Ice” winter festival, which runs through Feb. 2. Festival events take place in various locations in downtown Portland.
