E.B. White’s granddaughter, Martha White, will speak about her new book “E.B. White on Dogs,” a compilation of the late writer’s best and funniest essays, poems, letters and sketches depicting the more than a dozen canine companions he had throughout his life. Some previously unpublished photographs show the family dogs, from the first collie to various labs, Scotties, dachshunds, half-breeds and mutts, all well-loved.
