What happens in Vegas won’t stay in Vegas for a 22-year-old Portland man — it will be aired on MTV.

Michael Adam Royer is one of seven cast members on MTV’s upcoming reality series “Real World: Las Vegas,” scheduled to air beginning March 9 at 10 p.m.

The show, now in its 25th season, brings together seven strangers who share a house for three months and have their lives recorded 24/7. “Real World” is credited with originating the reality show concept when it debuted in 1992.

Royer confirmed his appearance on the show on his Facebook page, where it’s also noted that he’s a fan of Taylor Swift and the U.S. National Toboggan Championships, held annually at the Camden Snow Bowl.

The seven strangers in “Real World: Las Vegas” range in age from 21 to 24. They will live together in a specially designed suite at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, according to Tamika Young of MTV Communications.

During the season, cast members discover romance, reveal secrets and have relationships tested. This is the second season of the show to be filmed in Las Vegas; the first was season 12 in 2002.
