"CITADEL," starring Aneurin Barnard and James Cosmo. Stop us if you've heard this one before: Rendered agoraphobic after a gang of feral children attacks his pregnant wife, a young father (Barnard) must team up with a seemingly insane priest (Cosmo) to enact revenge and prevent them from coming after his baby daughter. Yeah, we haven't heard that one before either, and this Irish import from writer-director Ciaran Foy, while neither perfect nor very pleasant, more than gets by on originality and atmosphere alone, and the stellar lead performances by Barnard and the hilariously intimidating Cosmo ("Game of Thrones") don't hurt either. Rated R. Running time: 1:24

Suggested retail price: $26.95; Blu-ray $29.95

"HELLO I MUST BE GOING," starring Melanie Lynskey and Blythe Danner. Chances are you've seen and enjoyed her in such films as "Heavenly Creatures" and more recently "Win Win," but actress Melanie Lynskey has yet to become a household name (unlike her "Creatures" co-star, Kate Winslet). Director Todd Louiso's "Hello I Must Be Going" aims to change that. This slight but superbly acted and sweetly funny tale of a chronic screw-up seeking redemption and love with a suitor more than a decade her junior (Christopher Abbott) failed to get the wide release it deserved. But Lynskey makes the absolute most of her all-too-rare shot at a leading role, taking what could have been an unlikable character and imbuing her with real and relatable qualities. Rated R. Running time: 1:35

Suggested retail price: $29.99
