THE 2ND ANNUAL Japanese Culture Weekend, organized by the Bath-Tsugaru Sister City Program, will be held Thursday through Sunday. Activities include an Ikebana class, a family festival, a dinner, a kimono fashion show, a gardening presentation and a movie.
