Cheverus juniors win
prize in C-SPAN contest

PORTLAND — Three juniors at Cheverus High School received honorable mention in StudentCam 2010, C-SPAN's yearly national student video competition, the cable television network announced today.

Jenna Rodrigues, Emily LaVerriere and Colin Swords will get a $250 prize for their documentary, “Wind Energy: A Conversation,”
which highlighted energy as the greatest challenge facing the United States.

The top 27 videos will air on C-SPAN, one each day, starting April 1, at approximately 6:50 a.m.
