The Route 112 bypass in Gorham has reopened after being shut down for more than an hour Monday after a four-car crash caused by icy roads.
The crash occurred between South and Narragansett streets just before 4 p.m. with cars sliding into the median. There were no serious injuries but police shut down the road – also known as the Bernard P. Rines Highway – until crews could spread sand.
The road reopened at about 5:15 p.m.
