BANGOR — A dog park three years in the making has opened in Bangor.
The park opened on Saturday, giving dog owners a place where their canines can roam free.
Dog park administrator Dawnette Carver told WLBZ-TV that the park's not fully completed yet. Two more phases are planned to expand the dog area and add a training area.
She said people always need to stay with their dogs, clean up after them and respect everyone who wants to use the park.
