Gabriel Sobczak,18; Meadow Collins, 19; Justin Fletcher, 38; and Elizabeth Collins, 52, were each arrested and charged with robbery. Police said an unnamed male victim reported being robbed of cash at the Mall Plaza parking lot.
According to the police, the victim sold the phone on Craigslist to Collins, one of the suspects. Collins made arrangements to meet the victim in the shopping center to make the transaction.
Meadow Collins brought the other suspects, including her mother, Elizabeth Collins, to the meeting. Fletcher assaulted the victim, according to police.
The victim was punched in the head several times and had several open gashes. The injuries were not considered life-threatening and he was treated and released from the hospital, according to police.
Each of the suspects is being held at the Cumberland County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail. They are expected to appear in Cumberland County Unified Criminal Court on Friday unless they make bail.
