GORHAM — A garage at 34 Highland Ave. in Gorham was destroyed in an early morning fire Saturday.

Gorham Fire Department officials said no one was hurt in the blaze that was reported at about 4:25 a.m.

The fire was reported by neighbors who heard spray paint cans exploding inside the burning one-bay detached garage. The fire also slightly damaged the house, said Gorham Police Sgt. Michael Nault.

The cause of the blaze is not yet available and is being investigateed by the Maine Fire Marshal's office.
