Gorham police are searching for two men who robbed a Burger King clerk at gunpoint early this morning.

The clerk told police he had just finished locking up the Main Street fast food restaurant at 1 a.m. when he was approached by two masked men who demanded money.

Nobody was injured but the robbers made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

One of the men was wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and a black mask and was wielding a handgun. The other was wearing tan cargo shorts, a white T-shirt, black sneakers and a black mask and was armed with a baseball bat.

Both were described as over 6 feet tall and weighing between 170 and 200 pounds.
