PRESQUE ISLE — Gov. Paul LePage is in northern Maine for the latest in a string of job creation workshops he's been holding around the state.
LePage and other top state officials are attending today's workshop at Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle, where business leaders can share their ideas on how to create jobs and improve Maine's economy. The event focuses on Maine's agricultural sector.
LePage has held two other job creation workshops this summer. A fourth will be held in August focusing on Maine's forestry industry.
While in Aroostook County, LePage also will attend the Maine Potato Board's annual industry dinner and the 65th annual Maine Potato Blossom Festival in Fort Fairfield.
