Skydiving instructor lands in tree in Lebanon

LEBANON — A skydiving instructor with more than 12,000 jumps under his belt is recovering after he went off course and landed in a tree while making a jump in southern Maine.

According to WCSH-TV, the accident happened this morning as 48-year-old Paolo Difino was coming in for a landing at Skydive New England in Lebanon.

Difino injured his back and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
