MANCHESTER, N.H. — A patient at a New Hampshire hospital has been accused of assaulting two employees.

WMUR-TV reports officials say the attack happened in the psychiatric evaluation area of Elliot Hospital on Monday. Thirty-three-year-old Ansel Kinglocke of Manchester has been charged with first-degree assault and simple assault.

Officials said one of the injured employees suffered severe trauma to his face and head.

Police said it’s possible some type of blunt instrument was used during the assault.

It wasn’t immediately known if Kinglocke had a lawyer.
