PORTLAND — Veteran center Alexandre Bolduc and rookie center Chris Brown scored goals 41 seconds apart during the second period to spark the Portland Pirates to a 4-3 win against the Worcester Sharks in an AHL game at the Cumberland County Civic Center Friday night.
Defenseman David Rundblad and Chris Conner also scored goals for the Pirates, who held a 4-2 lead at the end of the second period.
Tim Kennedy, who played for the Pirates during the 2008-09 season, scored two goals for the Sharks. James Sheppard also scored for Worcester.
