Early-morning crash in Harrison kills driver

HARRISON — Police say one person is dead after an early morning car crash in Harrison.

The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department tells WMTW-TV that deputies were called to the intersection of Waterford and Rolfe roads just before 3 a.m. Thursday.

They say the driver of a car traveling on Waterford Road apparently lost control and hit a tree.

The driver was killed.

No other vehicles were involved.
