JAY – After a standoff at the Pine Haven Trailer Park that lasted for several hours police arrested a fugitive who fled a traffic stop Friday night.
WGME-TV reported that police used tear gas to try to get Michael Gatcomb, 29, to surrender.
Police then went into a mobile home and found him hiding under a sink, according to WGME.
Gatcomb was wanted on several charges, including domestic assault and violating conditions of release.
Police were not providing details of the arrest Sunday night.
