Sanford fire crews battling house fire

SANFORD — Several towns were called to the scene of a house fire Wednesday night in Sanford.

Initial reports indicate that at least one firefighter may have been injured while fighting the fire at 16 Bougie Lane, which is off High Street.

A York County dispatcher said at least three communities were called in to provide station coverage or to provide manpower assistance.

No other details were immediately available. The fire was reported around 8 p.m.
