LEBANON — An Acton man faces charges of aggravated assault in connection with a bar fight in January at the Trains Tavern in Lebanon that sent a man to the hospital.
The York County Sheriff's Office has arrested Jason Mowry, 33, and he is being held on $50,000 bail at York County Jail pending a court appearance today.
The fight broke out at 1 a.m. on Jan. 27. Police arrested Gilbert Perez, 27, of Moody about 90 minutes after what police described as a beating. He is free on $10,000 bail.
