Continuing a longtime tradition, an anonymous Mad Hearter plastered parts of Portland with reminders of Valentine's Day on Tuesday, even giving the iconic lobsterman statue at Temple and Middle streets something to think about. The paper hearts appeared on storefronts and walls throughout the city's business district.
