Woman, 89, hit by passing car in Biddeford

The woman sustained minor injuries from being clipped by a car’s side mirror.

An 89-year-old pedestrian was taken to the hospital after she was hit by a passing car in Biddeford Monday morning, police said.

The woman was clipped by the mirror of a passing car at 7 a.m. in front of 290 Elm St. and received a cut on her head, police said. Her injuries were not believed to be serious.
