Secret Santa will be handing out $100 bills again

PORTLAND — A local businessman dressed as Santa Claus who anonymously who handed out $10,000 in crisp $100 bills is planning to make a return to Portland.

Only this time he plans to double the handout to $20,000 and do it at four different locations.

The businessman has announced through a public relations firm that he intends to give away the money between Dec. 20 and 25. But first he wants to gather ideas from Portland residents about where to make the handouts.

Last year, he gave out money at the Goodwill store on Forest Avenue.
