The house at 40 Seaview Ave. was in flames when firefighters arrived just before 2 p.m., said Chip Howarth, the town's acting fire chief.
The owner was home at the time, but escaped injury, Howarth said.
One of the injured firefighters was taken to Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, where he was treated and released, and the other two were treated at the scene.
The fire, which took crews from Old Orchard Beach, Scarborough, Saco and Biddeford about 90 minutes to get under control, is being investigated by the state Fire Marshal's Office.
