Portion of High Street will be one lane Wednesday

PORTLAND - A portion of High Street will be reduced to one lane of traffic on Wednesday due to work on the drainage system.

City officials said the area affected will be on High Street between Deering and Grant streets between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. On-street parking will also be prohibited during the time the work is being done.
