Trouble spots in metro Portland

The map below includes high-crash sites in the Portland area, based on crash data compiled by the Maine Department of Transportation from 2009-2011. Sites are ranked based on something called crash rate factor, which essentially logs accidents reported and compares it to the volume of traffic at the given site.
