Wednesday

Free Thanksgiving meal, 5 to 6 p.m., at My Place Teen Center, Foster Street entrance, Westbrook. Offered in collaboration by Wayside Food Program, Trinity Lutheran Church and the Center.

Thursday

Thanksgiving dinner and dessert, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offered by Knights of Columbus and held at Most Holy Trinity Chruch Hall, 271 Main St., Saco. Home delivery is available between noon and 2 p.m. by calling Mike at 468-0106 or Dave at 468-7324. Free.

Community Thanksgiving dinner, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., offered by Wayside Food Programs and United Way of Greater Portland. Held at the Portland Club, 156 State St., Portland.

Free 18th annual Thanksgiving dinner, noon to 3 p.m., VFW Hall, Post 832 and Military Museum, 50 Peary Terrace, South Portland. Reservations are not required but a meal can be reserved by calling 767-2575.

Public Thanksgiving dinner, 1 to 2 p.m., Standish Congregational Church, Oak Hill Road, Standish. Free.

Ninth annual Thanksgiving Day dinner, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., United Methodist Church, Washington and Fountain avenues, Old Orchard Beach. Delivery or rides are available in Old Orchard Beach, Saco or Biddeford. Leave a message at info@oobumchurch.org or call 934-5553. The meal is free.

Friday

Friday lunch, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., North Deering Congregational Church, 1364 Washington Ave., Portland. Haddock chowder: $8; lobster roll: $7.50; egg salad: $4.50; other items available; free delivery for 10 or more orders.

Saturday

Beans, macaroni and cheese, pies, 4:30 to 6 p.m. seatings, Tuttle Road United Methodist Church, 52 Tuttle Road, Cumberland. Adults: $8; children under 12: $4.

Beans, kielbasa, casseroles, soup, 4:30 to 6 p.m., Christ Chapel, 37 Northern Pines Road, off Route 85, Raymond. Free and open to the surrounding communities.
