Eighth annual Thanksgiving dinner, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., meal delivery and rides are available for residents in Saco, Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach. United Methodist Church, Old Orchard Beach. Call 934-5553 for more information. The meal is free; donations are welcome to help defray costs.

Community Thanksgiving dinner, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., provided by Wayside Food Programs and United Way of Greater Portland at the Portland Club, 156 State St., Portland. Free.


Friday lunch, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., North Deering Congregational Church, 1364 Washington Ave., Portland. Haddock chowder: $8; lobster roll: $7.50; egg salad: $4.50; other items available; free delivery for 10 or more orders.
