Wednesday

Friday

Friday lunch, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., North Deering Congregational Church, 1364 Washington Ave., Portland. Haddock chowder: $8; lobster roll: $7.50; egg salad: $4.50; other items available; free delivery for 10 or more orders.

Barbecue with ribs or chicken, noon to 1:30 p.m., Spectrum Generations, 12 Main St., Topsham. Suggested donation: per person: $6; age 60 and older or disabled: $4. Call 729-0475 for reservations.

Saturday

Deluxe breakfast, 8 to 10 a.m., sponsored by Freeport Elders Association and held at the Community Center, 53 Depot St., Freeport. Prices are based on menu choice. Adults: $3.50 or $4.50; seniors: $3 or $4; children: $2.

Baked beans, American chop suey, pie, 4:30 to 6 p.m., West Scarborough United Methodist Church, Route 1, Scarborough. Adults: $8; children: $3.

Baked bean supper, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., East Baldwin Church Hall, Church Street, East Baldwin. Adults: $7; children: $3.

Beans, hot dogs, pies, 5 to 6:30 p.m., benefits outreach programs, St. George's Episcopal Church, Main and Emerson streets, Sanford. Adults: $8; children under 12: $2.

Sunday
