HANOVER, N.H. — Vice President Joe Biden is coming back to New Hampshire for the second time in two weeks.

Vice President Joe Biden addresses supporters on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, in Grinnell, Iowa. Biden is focusing much of his two-day Iowa trip on blue-collar areas, hoping to improve President Barack Obama's chances of carrying the state he captured in 2008. Biden, who appeared with President Barack Obama at a rally in Portsmouth earlier this month, is heading to Hanover on Friday for a rally at Dartmouth College. He and his wife, Jill, also are attending a rally at the Statehouse on Friday evening and at Merrimack Middle School on Saturday. Jill Biden also will attend a Manchester Women for Obama-Biden canvass kick-off event in Manchester on Saturday.
In a sign of how seriously the campaigns are taking swing state New Hampshire, voters also got a visit this week from GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan.
