According to X17 Exclusive, Ashton Kutcher reportedly took a tour of a 9,385-square-foot modern mansion overlooking Lake Hollywood. Quite a bold move for a newly-minted bachelor.

Now split from Demi Moore after six years of marriage, the new star of the sitcom “Two and a Half Men” is apparently hunting for a new place to call home. Or a really sweet place to party. Kutcher stopped by the 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom property before jetting to New York to promote his new movie “New Year’s Eve.”
X17 Exclusive isn’t “100-percent certain Kutcher will make an offer,” but the stunning home is sufficiently equipped for a discerning and deep-pocketed buyer. The place boasts retractable walls of glass, a floating dining room, private screening room, bar area, gym/massage room, master suite with spa-like bath, enclosed gardens, cantilevered decks, and an open sky terrace. Kutcher’s prospective new pad is currently listed on the Hollywood Hills real estate market as a rental for $50,000/month and for sale at an asking price of $10.8 million.
