WINTHROP — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding out who slashed several vehicle tires on Monday.
Winthrop Police Capt. Ryan Frost said tires were slashed on a total of six vehicles parked in the driveways of five homes. One tire was cut in each of the vehicles, Frost said.
All of the slashings occurred between midnight and 2 a.m. Monday on Route 41. The cars were parked in driveways between box numbers 330 and 430.
Frost asked that anyone who noticed suspicious activity to call police at 377-7226.
