Derek Davis/2010 Press Herald file
Jordan Copp, Greely, senior outside hitter: Copp is stepping into a bigger role this year. She is strong in all phases and possesses great leaping ability.
Mariah Hebert, Biddeford, senior setter: A very accurate server, she is the team's floor leader, setting up the offense and playing great defense. She improved greatly through Junior Olympics.
Katelyn Lebreux, Biddeford, senior outside hitter: Formally considered a defensive specialist, she has developed into a great all-around player. She'll be counted on to provide points from the front line.
Lily Lemire, Scarborough, senior libero: Lemire is not going to put up a lot of stats, but she sets the tone for the Red Storm from the back line. She is a great passer and everything runs through her.
Lauren Piper, Scarborough, junior setter: Piper steps in to replace graduated all-stater Emily Robbins. A very intelligent player, she is the floor leader for the Red Storm.
Haleigh Roach, Greely, senior setter: The Rangers' best all-around player, Roach was a second-team all-state selection last year. She had 172 assists and 30 kills.
Gina Robertson, Yarmouth, senior outside hitter: A strong six-rotation player for the Clippers, she can do just about anything on the court. She led the team in points off serves and service aces last year.
Kate Rothrock, Kennebunk, senior outside hitter: A strong server as well as an outside hitter, Rothrock will be among the leaders of a young Rams squad.
Natalie Underdown, Cape Elizabeth, senior middle hitter: She ranked ninth in the state last year among returning middle hitters. Tall and athletic, she should be among the Capers' leaders.
