Norman Simard made a hole-in-one on the 10th hole at Biddeford-Saco Country Club on Oct. 11. Simard used a 5-hybrid for the 125-yard shot, which was witnessed by Bob Doherty, Artie Doherty and Ken Bissell.
Dick Kerry used a pitching wedge to ace the 106-yard, 15th hole at Biddeford-Saco Country Club on Oct. 21. Dick Grant and Brad Leach witnessed the shot.
Peter Chandler aced the fourth hole at Gorham Country Club on Oct. 21. Chandler used a 5-wood for the 170-yard shot, which was witnessed by Joe Pacillo, Norm Gagne and Bob Lefebvre.
Doug Rice of Brunswick made a hole-in-one on the 58-yard 10th hole at Country Fareways’ par-3 course on Oct. 25. Rice used a 9-iron for the shot, which was witnessed by Brenda Rice and Dan Flaig.
Roland Mercier of Gray carded a hole-in-one on the fourth hole at Spring Meadows Golf Club on Nov. 2. Mercier used a 7-iron for the 160-yard shot, which was witnessed by Richard Mercier and Christine Gowen.
