FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Matt Light and Kevin Faulk, both three-time Super Bowl winners, will serve as honorary captains for the New England Patriots in Sunday’s AFC championship game against Baltimore.

Light played tackle for 11 seasons, winning the NFL title in his rookie year of 2001 and making three Pro Bowls. Light has “never seen anything but a win in Gillette Stadium” as a fan. “Nobody in the stadium will be more fired up for the game.”

Faulk, a running back from 1999-2011, says it takes some adjustment being “on the other side of the ball.”

Joining Light and Faulk will be 2012 NFL Punt, Pass and Kick national champion Matiwos Rumley, a 7-year-old from Hebron, Conn. Rumley was adopted by an American family from an Ethiopian orphanage last year. He’d never picked up a football until the week before his first PPK competition, the Patriots said.
