The Maine Association of Basketball Coaches have announced the finalists for Mr. and Miss Basketball.
Martha Veroneau of Waynflete forces Maddy McVicar of Calais into a pass during Waynflete’s 59-55 victory on Saturday night. Veroneau is among the finalists for the Maine Association of Basketball Coaches' Mr. and Miss Basketball award.

The boys' finalists are Garet Beal of Jonesport-Beals, John Murray, Medomak Valley, and Mitchell Worcester, Washburn.
The girls' finalists are Kristen Anderson, Leavitt, Chandler Guerrette. Presque Isle, and Martha Veroneau, Waynflete.
The winners will be announced Friday night at the Maine McDonald's High School All-Star Awards banquet at Husson University in Bangor.
The Maine McDonald's High School Senior All-Star Games will be played Saturday at Husson's Newman Gymnasium.
