Pirates lose to Sharks, remain winless

Andy Miele’s two goals aren’t enough to prevent Portland from losing its fourth straight, 3-2 at Worcester.

WORCESTER, Mass. — Bracken Kearns scored two goals Sunday as the Worcester Sharks edged the Portland Pirates 3-2.

Andy Miele extended his point streak to four games by scoring two goals, but the Pirates remained winless (0-3-0-1) in their first four games.
