Portland North Little League registration will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Riverton School and Wednesday at North Deering Congregational Church. First-time registrants must bring a copy of a birth certificate. For more information, email ddonalds@maine.rr.com.

The Break the Sound Barrier ski race will be held at 9 a.m. Sunday at Shawnee Peak. Proceeds benefit hear ME now, Maine's largest auditory oral education center for those with hearing loss. For more information, call 781-7199.
