Nick Sundquist of Windham sets a meet record Friday with a time of 1 minute, 46 seconds in the 200-yard freestyle at the South Southwesterns in Cape Elizabeth, helping the Eagles win the team title.


Nick Sundquist's strong leadoff leg started Windham on its way to victory in the opening 200 medley relay. Sundquist also won both the 100 and 200 freestyle.

Luke Jeton of Waynflete swims the backstroke portion of the 200 IM. Jeton won the race in 2 minutes, 5.23 seconds, and also took first in the 500 freestyle.
Joe Paluso helped Windham win the 200 medley relay by eight seconds, and later won the 100 breast stroke as the Eagles edged Yarmouth for the team title, 214-210.
