Storm's dual titles a rare feat in Class A

Scarborough is just the third Class A school to win boys' and girls' soccer titles in the same year.

The police and fire departments in Scarborough had to turn out twice Saturday night to escort state championship soccer teams to the high school.

CLASS A: Scarborough
CLASS B: Falmouth
CLASS C: Houlton
CLASS D: Bangor Christian

GIRLS

CLASS A: Scarborough
CLASS B: Falmouth
CLASS C: Waynflete
CLASS D: Richmond

That doesn't often happen at a Class A school.
