Windham wins in lacrosse

NORTH BERWICK - Christian Zwirner scored four goals Thursday to lead Windham to a 12-8 victory against Noble in an SMAA schoolboy lacrosse game.

Ryan Schweitzer, Griffin Jacobson and Matt Roy added two goals apiece for Windham (1-0). Colin Harrigan scored four times for Noble (0-2).

GARDINER 18, MORSE 10: Keegan Smith scored five goals and Josh Caldwell added four to lead the Tigers (3-0) over Morse (1-1) at Gardiner.

Seth Wing and Austin Moore scored three goals each for the Tigers, Dalton Sargent added two and Alex Nadeau one. Alexander Paulus led the Shipbuilders with five.

J.D. Crocker stopped six shots for Gardiner. Kevin Thibeau made 14 saves for Morse.

OAK HILL 14, MT. BLUE 1: Kyle Flaherty scored five goals to lead the Raiders in an opener at Farmington.
