YORK - Fran Mendoza scored from Bailey McKenna to give York a 1-0 victory against Greely in a Western Maine Conference schoolboy soccer game Saturday.
Adam Legg needed three saves for the shutout for the Wildcats (3-0-1). Elijah Everett had three saves for Greely (3-2).
GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 3, ISLESBORO 2: Eddie Daigneault scored 2:45 into the second overtime to lift the Lions (3-1) over the Eagles (0-4) at Portland.
After Brandon Bourque scored twice to give Islesboro a 2-0 halftime lead, Teddy Lane scored two second-half goals from Ethan Spaulding to tie it.
Dan Davis made eight saves for Islesboro. Sam Purinton stopped five shots for Greater Portland.
WAYNFLETE 6, FREEPORT 1: Kevin Kanakan had two goals and three assists, and Peabo Knoth added two goals and one assist to lead the Flyers (4-0) past Freeport (1-4-1) at Portland.
Jack Cutler and Mohammed Suja also scored for Waynflete. London Eisler answered for the Falcons.
Zander Majercik stopped four shots for Waynflete; Nick Nelsonwood made six saves for Freeport.
CAMDEN HILLS 3, MEDOMAK VALLEY 0: Trueman Moore, Alex Blohm and Tristen Fong each scored a goal as the Windjammers (4-0) beat the Panthers (2-3) at Waldoboro.
Ryan Ripley made 13 saves for Medomak.
WELLS 4, LAKE REGION 1: Nick Ramsey scored twice to lead the Warriors (2-3) over Lake Region (0-3) at Wells.
Spencer Sibley and Sam LaPointe also scored for Wells. Mike Mageles had the Lakers' goal.
Tyler Lamb made three saves for the victory; Pat Irish stopped 12 shots for Lake Region.
TRAIP ACADEMY 1, POLAND 0: Miguel Herrera scored with 1:05 remaining as the Rangers (4-1) edged the Knights (0-4-1) at Poland.
Collin Macomber stopped seven shots for the shutout. Cody Kostro made 10 saves for Poland.
ERSKINE ACADEMY 4, OXFORD HILLS 0: Tyler Adams scored two goals and Jared Gartley had six saves to lead the Eagles (4-1) over the Vikings (1-5) at South China.
Dane Pelletier and Nate Trask also scored.
Jake Beauchesne had 12 saves for Oxford Hills.
HALL-DALE 6, DIRIGO 0: Zack McNaughton and Nat Crocker scored two goals apiece to lead the Bulldogs (7-0) over Dirigo (5-2) at Dixfield.
Tyler Fitzgerald and Colin Lush added goals, and Crocker, Lush, Zac Plummer, Nick Sinclair and Spencer Shagoury recorded assists.
Sam Shepherd made one save for Hall-Dale. Michael Chow stopped 11 shots for Dirigo.
OAK HILL 2, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 0: Trever Sampson and Cody Rolston scored goals to lead the Raiders (2-3-1) at Wales.
Dalton Burns added an assist and Kyle Fields made 14 saves for the Raiders.
WATERVILLE 4, MT. BLUE 0: Michael Olivera scored two goals as the Purple Panthers (2-2-1) cruised past Mt. Blue (1-4) at Waterville.
Danilo Guthro added a goal and an assist, Nate Rector chipped in a goal, and Cam Gardiner, Ryan Tozier and Nate Bailey had assists.
Zack Disch and Liam Edwards combined for three save for Waterville. Zach Jackson had 13 saves for Mt. Blue.
YARMOUTH 2, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Adam LaBrie scored midway through the second half as Yarmouth (4-0-1) rallied past the Capers (1-3-1) at Cape Elizabeth.
After Griffin Thoreck gave Cape Elizabeth a 1-0 lead, Ben Decker tied it before halftime.
Andrew Fochler made three saves for Yarmouth. Austin Andrews had eight saves for the Capers.
GARDINER 21, WATERVILLE 18: The Tigers (3-0) took a 21-6 lead late in the third quarter, then held off the Purple Panthers (2-1) at Waterville.
Steve Sirois rushed for a game-high 126 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries for Gardiner.
WINSLOW 34, OAK HILL 18: The Black Raiders rushed for 319 yards and Dylan Hapworth caught three touchdown passes from Bobby Chenard as the Black Raiders (2-1) beat Oak Hill (2-1) at Winslow.
Winslow had 15 first downs before halftime and led 27-6 at the break.
For the game, Josh Hopkins rushed 22 times for 158 yards, Zach Guptill had 92 yards on 19 carries, and Hapworth gained 71 yards on 14 attempts.
"They were very physical up front," Oak Hill Coach Stacen Doucette said. "They just were well-drilled and well-schooled."
