Bonny Eagle High School juniors and seniors and their parents and guardians were invited to attend the second annual Future Options Fair that took place on Thursday morning May 5 in the BEHS gym.
Representatives from local and out-of-state colleges, the military, and area businesses were on hand to provide information and answer questions concerning their respective institutions/organizations. Students and their parents were encouraged to attend the fair to learn more about the many educational and career opportunities available.
“It’s great to have a different variety of schools to talk to, not all from Maine,” Bonny Eagle Junior Natasha Taylor said.
Her classmate Jessica Bettney said, “This is a good way to get started looking into schools.”
Sophomore Morgan Harrington said of the fair, “It’s great in trying to help people know what to do.”
Shawn Smith, a junior said the fair was “really good idea for kids who don’t know what they are doing for college.”
