Riding To The Top, Maine’s largest non-profit therapeutic horseback riding center serving individuals with disabilities, is holding their 8th annual “Riding Into The Holidays” auction on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Portland from 6 to 9:30 p.m.
The event will include both live and silent auctions in the following categories – Artwork, Holiday and Gift items, Home & Garden, Kids’ Items, Dining & Entertainment, Rest and Relaxation, Professional Services and more. People attending the auction will find an array of general and horse-themed gifts to choose from.
“The Live Auction will be very exciting this year as we have a number of wonderful items, including a Jade Horse Sculpture from China, a New Gloucester Rocker from Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers, a week at a condo just minutes from Disney World during February vacation week and a used Donzi Regazza Power Boat in excellent condition, just to name a few of the items,” said Sarah Bronson, Executive Director. “There’s certain to be something at this year’s auction for everyone!”
Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Mastercard, Visa and personal checks are accepted for both ticket sales and item purchases. Tickets may be reserved by calling Becky Bisesti at Riding To The Top at 892-2813, ext. 10. Limited tickets will be available at the door.
