Melinda Fusco, 32, of 10 River St. Westbrook was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel Mutty, 32, of Ellsworth was arrested Dec. 30 on three warrants for unpaid fees.

Brant Dadaleares, 35, of 6 Crescent Ave., Windham was arrested Dec. 21 on a charge of OUI/alcohol.

Brenda Jones, 48, of 6 Hurricane Road, Gorham, was arrested on a charge of OUI/alcohol.

Jennifer Corkum, 33, of Windham was arrested Dec. 23 on a charge of OUI/alcohol.

Christopher Julien, 24, of 945 Main St., Westbrook was summonsed Dec. 23 on a charge of shoplifting a Mary J. Blige CD valued at $13.88 from Wal-Mart.

Jeffrey Cutler, 52, of 739 State Road, Otisfield, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

Christopher Green, 44, of 171 State Park Road, Casco was arrested on an arrest warrant for failure to appear on prior OUI and OAS charges and another warrant for negotiating a worthless instrument.

Jacqui Bellanti, 22, of Dedham, Mass. was arrested on a charge of criminal speed and a warrant for failure to pay fine on an OAS charge.


Phone harassment

A Curtis Drive resident reported getting three to 10 harassing phone calls a day from her soon-to-be-ex-husband. Police advised she get a cease harassment order.

Pack rat

A blister pack was missing from a home on River Road, Dec. 19.

Cold horse

A caller concerned about a horse reported that a horse on Chute Road doesn’t have adequate shelter.

XBox stolen

A Roosevelt Trail home was burgled through the front door, Dec. 19. The homeowner called police after getting home. An XBox was the only thing stolen.

Identity fraud

A Conrad Ave. resident reported Dec. 20 that his credit card company called to report suspicious activity on his account. An application was submitted which the resident never made.

Being kids

Kids are threatening a Roosevelt Trail boy on the school bus. The mother reported the harassment Dec. 20. The kids also call his house harassing him and threatening him.


A 1995 Ford Escort wagon was broken into on Eagle Drive, Dec. 20. Nothing was stolen but the contents were rummaged through.

Lost dog

A half Shepherd, half Husky mix dog weighing 55 pounds ran off from a Dutton Hill Road residence on Dec. 20.

Gimme shelter

An Owls Head Road residence called to report a horse that had no shelter on Dec. 22.

One golden ring

A Ridge Drive resident reported a 24K gold ring was missing from the house Dec. 22.

Duck hunter

A Rangeley Road resident reported Dec. 24 that a man was hunting ducks next to her house on her property.

Xmas shoplifting

Two males were banned from re-entering the Bull Moose music store after trying to shift CDs on Dec. 24.

Bad aim

Kids were seen throwing snowballs at passing cars at Martinos on Dec. 24.
