Tucker J. Cianchette, 26, of Cape Elizabeth was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over speed limit in South Portland on July 13, 2005 and was fined $500.

Young Deah, 23, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 26, 2004 and was fined $250.

Eric C. Gould, 21, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in South Portland on June 13, 2005 and was fined $300.

Quan Morgan, 18, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Windham on Aug. 12, 2005 and was fined $150.

Gerald M. Nfashingabo, 33, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior in South Portland on July 17, 2005 and was fined $900, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days and had license suspended for 18 months. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license – conditional/restricted and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days.

David Raymond, 45, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana in Scarborough on July 19, 2005 and was fined $350.

Charles Stain, 43, of Auburn was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 8, 2004 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours.

Christopher Tait, 20, of South Portland paid by waiver a fine of $250 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in South Portland on Apr. 19, 2005.

Richard E. Tibbetts, 48, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of failing to give motor vehicle accident information in Falmouth on Dec. 22, 2004 and was fined $250.

Jamie D. Beaulieu, 28, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 13, 2005 and was fined $300. A charge of possession or transfer of burglar’s tools was dismissed.

Cody Bothel, 20, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in South Portland on Aug. 12, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.

Shirley Daras, 41, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in South Portland on Aug. 15, 2005 and was fined $100.

Michael Dyer, 31, of Gray was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Aug. 13, 2005 and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Chad M. Luce, 45, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of assault in South Portland on July 11, 2005 and was fined $300 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 180 days, all suspended and given probation of 1 year.

John A. O’Brien, 37, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on Aug. 19, 2005 and was fined $500.

Brandon L. Peck, 19, of Sanford was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Aug. 20, 2005 and was fined $250. He was also found guilty on a charge of possession or transfer of burglar’s tools and was fined $250.

David D. Pheng, 20, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in South Portland on Feb. 18, 2005 and was fined $150. He was found guilty on a charge of attaching false plates and was fined $150 and was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and was fined $250.

Lindsey Weeks, 22, of South Berwick was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in South Portland on Aug. 17, 2005 and was fined $100. He was also found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Shawn Williams, 40, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in South Portland on Aug. 24, 2005 and was fined $100, suspended $100.

Michael Arsenault, 27, of Rumford paid by waiver a fine of $200 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Sept. 29, 2004. He also paid by waiver a fine of $200 for operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Sept. 20, 2004.

Edward E. Robbins, Jr., 28, of Standish had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Scarborough on Aug. 9, 2005 dismissed.

Aaron Pallet Corp. of Fitzwilliam, N.H. paid by waiver a fine of $500 for rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle in South Portland on July 28, 2005. Also paid by waiver a fine of $100 for failing to produce proof of commercial inspection.

Thomas D. Gohlke, 48, of Jonesville Wis. paid by waiver a fine of $500 for rule violation, operating with false duty in Scarborough on Aug. 9, 2005.

Ryan J. Rabideau, 23, of Cornville paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in Scarborough on May 13, 2004.

Keith D. Thompson, 20, of Corinna paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in South Portland on June 4, 2005.

All States RV Transport of North Dighton, Mass. was found guilty on a charge of rule violation for an inadequate safety device in Scarborough on Aug. 11, 2005 and was fined $100.

Ian J. Allen, 20, of Rochester, N.H. was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in South Portland on Aug. 7, 2005 and was fined $150.

Leitte Foust, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of a minor possessing liquor in South Portland on Aug. 28, 2005 and was fined $200.

Eric R. Heros, 20, of Alfred was found guilty on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Scarborough on Aug. 10, 2005 and was fined $300. He was also found guilty on a charge of a minor transporting liquor and was fined $100 and had license suspended for 30 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of possession of marijuana and was fined $350.

Daryl Hopper, 26, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Portland on Sept. 5, 2005 and was fined $150.

Jeffrey W. Plaisted, 31, of Dover, N.H. was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Scarborough on Oct. 18, 2002 and was fined $150.

Kenneth M. Rebello, 33, of Taunton, Mass. was found guilty on a charge of rule violation, operation without duty record in Scarborough on Aug. 11, 2005 and was fined $250.

Joel Philip Sleeper, 20, of Limington paid by waiver a fine of $100. for attaching false plates in Scarborough on Aug. 23, 2005.

Yusuf Ulgen, 33, of Portland was found guilty on charges of theft of services, criminal trespass and violating condition of release in Scarborough on Aug. 14, 2005 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days on each charge.

Daniel M. Gorgone, 32, of Belgrade was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over speed limit in South Portland on May 9, 2005 and was fined $500.

Zakry J. Smith, 19, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of a minor purchasing liquor in Cape Elizabeth on July 3, 2005 and was fined $200.

Randy Waycotte, 40, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Scarborough on April 17, 2005 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days.

Kimberly Ann Weeks, 30, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Scarborough on July 12, 2005 and was fined $575, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for two days and had license suspended for 30 days. Charges of motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus mph over limit and endangering the welfare of a child were dismissed.

Judy E. Cameron, 57, of St. John was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Scarborough on Sept. 3, 2005 and was fined $250.

Robert Dennison, 21, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on March 5, 2004 and was fined $400. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating after suspension in Scarborough on April 12, 2004 and was fined $400.

Devon N. Higgins, 18, of Scarborough paid by waiver a fine of $150 for operating a vehicle without a license in Cumberland on July 9, 2005.

Julian R. Klenda, 19, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in South Portland on Oct. 1, 2005 and was fined $300. He was also found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license – conditional/restricted and was fined $200.

Jeffrey L. Plourde, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of carrying concealed weapon in Scarborough on Sept. 4, 2005 and was fined $150. He was also found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $500 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days.
